- It has a neutral pH formula perfect for cleaning and disinfecting finished floors. Also cleans and disinfects walls, sinks, toilets, countertops, door handles and equipment. Economical 1 ounce dilution rate.
- Twin chain quaternary formula provides maximum effectiveness against a variety of micro-organisms. Effective against HIV, VRE, VISA, CA-MRSA, MRSA, HBV, HCV, Human coronavirus and Canine parvovirus (CPV).

Low Maintenance Finish
- Extremely durable and mark-resistant finish for low maintenance applications.
- High gloss acrylic polymers stay clean, clear, and shiny to reduce maintenance.
- Non-yellowing, low maintenance formula offers superb black mark and scuff resistance.
Application
- Durabrite is very easy to apply with a standard finish mop and dries perfectly clear.
- For best results in high traffic locations (such as supermarkets) and entranceways, apply four coats the first night, then follow-up a few days later with four more coats. This gives you the desired film thickness from which to properly maintain your floor.
- Durabrite is a fast curing (~2 hours) finish and therefore is ideal for areas where traffic is heavy just after application. It is also ideal for application to newly installed VCT floors.
