If you are tax-exempt or a reseller, please complete the form below before placing your order. Be sure to include a copy of your tax exemption certificate.

Once we confirm your status, all purchases through your account will be tax-exempt.

Please note: If you place an order before we confirm your tax-exempt status, you will be charged tax. We will send you a notice once we have changed your status to tax-exempt.
